We loved everything about this campsite, from the fine location just at the beach to the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel facilities were great, with plenty of activities for both kids and adults, including tennis courts, ping pong tables, beach volleyball. The cleanliness of the campsite was perfect, and we found the spacious chalets to be well-equipped and comfortable.
For us, it was ideal, and we did not encounter any negative aspects.

The campsite where the mobile homes are situated (Park Umag) is good, has a great long stretch of coast (rocks and concrete), clean sea and good swimming pools, there are two good shallow pools for small children. There seemed to be a lot of entertainment options, though we didn't use any of them.
The mobile homes were situated at the far end of the campsite near the main road and furthest away from the beach, though it wasn't a massive walk but the road was a bit noisy at night. Primarily I thought the mobile home was too small and cramped for the number of people it was advertised as being suitable for: 4 adults plus 2 children. Well, we were 2 adults, two teenagers and a toddler and were completely cramped, bumping into everything and it was baking inside unless you had the a/c on which made the place like a fridge even set on 23c. The soil here is red and clayey and this got everywhere as the grass has not yet grown over it. Finally, we were made to pay 25 Euros final cleaning and 15 Euros linen rental, and were then accused at reception of having left the place dirty ( a cheek as I had even done all the washing up!). It just leaves a nasty taste in the mouth and makes you think that someone is just out there to rip you off. It certainly was not value for money but I would possibly return the camp in my own tent, not in the mobile home.

The stunning location and beautiful landscape were definitely the best aspects of our stay. We enjoyed spending our days on the long, clean beach and taking in the fresh sea breeze. The facilities were great too, with a variety of activities like beach volleyball and table tennis on offer. We were especially impressed with the infinity pool, which added luxury to our experience. Plus, the fresh bread from the on-site bakery was a yummy treat.
There were a few downsides. We found that some of the leisure activities required extra payment, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the pool could have been bigger for the size of the resort, and it would have been nice to see more amenities for older kids. Nonetheless, we had an amazing New Year's break and would consider returning in the future.

The New Year's Eve party was fantastic, with great food and entertainment. the vast range of amenities was impressive, which included a brilliant tennis court and an infinity pool for endless relaxation. the location next to the beach made for stunning views and easy access to the crystal-clear sea.
The beach was a little rocky and slippery, making it a bit difficult to enter the sea safely. some activities, including beach volleyball and table tennis, needed extra payment, which was disappointing given the vast size of the campsite.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right by the beach. I could easily spend the whole day relaxing by the water, surrounded by beautiful trees. The hotel also offered excellent services such as car hire and dry cleaning, making my stay even more convenient. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. The mobile home was brand new and had all the necessary amenities, including a moka and filter coffee machine for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee on the terrace. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotlessly clean. They even provided a portable cot with bedding for my child. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Highly recommended!

the fresh bread from the nearby bakery was perfect. the air conditioning and other amenities in the mobile home were more than enough to keep us happy and comfortable.
It would have been nicer if the pool was larger to accommodate more people at once.
